Instructions: You are to interview two people and record their responses on this form. You should state their name and their comments to your solution to the identified problem.

VI. I interviewed two individuals to see what their response would be to my (our) plan. Their responses are as follows.
I interviewed Kandice Modene and Sean Doherty, In an interview with Kandice Modene, she states, "she is all for less censorship in daily life". She agreed with the solution of the law and how specific it was. She said, "I hate that people think nude art is pomiscuous, I think it's beatiful and people should not discredit the artist by banning his work, because conservative parents think it's porn". As for the interview with Sean Doherty, he said "the idea of the law is okay, but what are the punishments if the teachers, or art museum owners, or anyone that has the authority to ban something that could be offensive from any establishment?" Sean's question rose a good idea which made me think of what could be done to enforce the law.

VII. My (our) answer, based on our research, to their objections and concerns are
Since Kandice didn't have any concerns, I didn't have to address anything with her. However, since Sean had the questions about what punishment a person would get if they broke the new law, I have to think of a punishment. I think that if someone has an argument as to why a subject matter, or a piece of art, or a source of literature is offensive, then they could bring it up to the state government. Then after that, if the state government thinks it is offensive, it then should be brought up to the federal government and by that time if it is still considered offensive, and it follows what the law says is offensive, than it should be banned, but until it goes through those steps, it shouldn't happen.
